Herewith, our simple, plain English Terms of Use. No lawyers were harmed in the making of this document.

All posts on Ride424.com will be free of foul or derogatory language. Please take your potty mouth elsewhere.
No politics, religion, philosophy etc. in the journals or reviews. This is a site about MTB racing.
You are allowed to post only one review and one journal entry for each year you participate in a race. If you do a race a second time (third time, etc.) you can come back & review it again and/or post a new journal story.
It seems obvious, but just to be clear - you can only post a review for a race you competed in. Not a race you know about, or thought about, or your buddy raced in.
The Terms of Use might change at any time. This is unlikely because the owner doesn't like working on the Terms of Use, he'd rather be out riding. If they do you will get an email notice to that effect, and you always have the right to cancel your membership for a full refund.
If you violate the Terms of Use your membership will be subject to cancellation. We don't read every post but nevertheless, think before you post.
By posting here you grant Ride424.com an irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and worldwide right and license to copy, distribute, or otherwise make use of the information you provide.
Ride424.com WILL NOT sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your email address for any reason. We'll only email you according to the preferences you select during registration.
Ride424.com is a pop-up free zone and will stay that way until the owner can make enough money on pop-ups to buy a Porsche.
