A personal coach can be a tremendous asset in helping you reach your goals and maximize your potential. As part of the Wenzel Coaching network I can offer you a combination of experience & focus in ultra-endurance MTB racing with the wealth of knowledge & experience that the Wenzel coaching team has built working with world-class athletes over many years.
My personal philosophy is built around a few key concepts:
- Your best long-term results are achieved when cycling fits harmoniously with life's other obligations & commitments
- Setting & working towards goals is important, but you should enjoy the process of training for your goals (if you don't, maybe you have the wrong goals)
I am available for long-term fitness coaching as well as consultation. Many newcomers to the world of mountain biking find the technical skills needed to handle tough terrain elusive. These skills are as trainable as strength and fitness. If you are in the Northern California area I can meet with you or your team and show you how to safely increase your speed and confidence in tricky terrain.
