Training, Nutrition, & Equipment

Competing in ultra-endurance mountain bike races takes more than just a will to ride.  It takes knowledge & preparation.  Ride424.com provides you with the information you need to train & race properly, maximizing your performance, and more importantly, the fun factor.  As always, you should combine the advice of others with your own experience in planning how to attack such events.  No two athletes are alike, so be prepared to experiment.  Just make sure to finish your experiments BEFORE race day.
